Users & roles
Who can sign in to this staff page, and what each person can do. Super Admin: everything. Dzongkhag Admin: drivers, bookings and localities in one dzongkhag. Verifier: approves or rejects waiting drivers. Support Agent: bookings and complaints. Finance: subscriptions, top-ups, withdrawals, bank details, fare audits. Everyone can view. Every change is kept in the audit log, and there is always at least one Super Admin.
Audit log
Every staff action, newest first: who, what, on which record, and why. Read-only — nobody can change or delete entries, including Super Admins.
Fare audits
Trips whose charge doesn't equal road km × BCTA rate (less any promo), and trips driven more than 10% longer than planned. Fares are worked out by the server, so a mismatch is rare: it usually means a fare from before the BCTA engine, or a locality fare.
Approve a top-up only after you see the transfer in Drelam's bank account with the same amount and reference. Approving adds the money to the driver's Drelam Wallet.
The money is already held from the driver's wallet. Send the bank transfer, then mark it paid with the bank reference. Rejecting returns the money to the driver.
Passengers asking for a full-day or multi-day tour. Check which drivers are free, call the passenger, then send the quote here so they see it in the app. Close it once it's booked or no longer needed.
Tour hire rates
Approved rates for a driver who stays with tourists, per taxi size, in BTN. Passengers see estimates from these; confirmed prices are your quotes. Off until switched on.
Parcel rates
Approved delivery rates per vehicle type, in BTN. Until switched on, only taxi-sized vehicles are priced (at the BCTA taxi fare); others go to manual quotes. Each save raises the version that priced parcels record.
Quote requests
Parcels no checked vehicle could take. Check what's possible, call the sender, then send the quote here.
Deliveries
Recent parcel trips. Failed deliveries and missing delivery photos are listed first.
Drivers who want parcel deliveries. Open their Registration Certificate and goods permit, then record the payload and cargo space you checked. Only verified vehicles receive deliveries; a driver's later change clears the verification automatically.
Drivers who asked to close their account. Settle the Drelam Wallet first: pay out any balance (Withdrawals) or collect fees owed (Top-ups) until it is exactly Nu. 0. Closing deletes the driver's profile, documents and photos; trip records and the wallet history are kept.
App download links
Shown on the Drelam website. Leave empty until each app is live in its store (the button then says "Coming soon").
App video
Upload your Drelam advertisement to YouTube, then paste its link here. It plays on the website home page under "See Drelam in action". Watching it costs Drelam nothing. Leave empty to hide it.
Tour partner and stays
The tour company's website ("Book with …" in the app's Tourism hub and on the website), and hotels or homestays travellers can open. Only add partners Drelam has agreed with.
Banners and ads
Banners for partners, offers and news, shown on the website, in the passenger app, or both. Hidden banners are drafts.
Fixed-price tours passengers can book. Prices are in BTN per taxi size and are checked by the server on every booking; each save raises the version, so bookings keep the price they were made at. Only publish prices Drelam has approved.

Localities
Local fares for rides and parcel deliveries (by car, SUV or van) up to 5 km that start inside a locality (a town or area: a centre and a radius), only while switched on. Longer rides, and rides starting outside every locality, use the BCTA fare — never less than the locality's 5 km fare just over 5 km. Where localities overlap, the higher priority wins. Tourist rides and tours keep their own pricing.

Check each one in the bank statement (reference and amount), then approve — the days start, or are added on top of what's left. Tap a screenshot to see it full size.
Drivers
How drivers pay
Drelam's accounts and QR codes for any bank (mBoB, BNB mPay, DK, T-Bank, BDBL…). Drivers see these in the app and scan to pay Nu 499 per month (they may pay up to 12 months at once).
